3 IQ points
Through procrastinating my Phsyc paper yesterday, I learned that the human race is in fact actually getting smarter. Increasing aprx. 3 IQ points in the last decade. Maybe there is hope and technology hasn’t exactly ruined everything.
Beautiful day out, and I’m going on a one day tolerance break for the weekend. It’s tough resiting sitting on the roof and tokeing it up when...

I thought this article was really great.
1. Change yourself. “As human beings, our greatness lies not so much in being able to remake the world – that is the myth of the atomic age – as in being able to remake ourselves.”

Media Can
I find it intriguing how the media can shape our lives. The media can effect our subconscious that drives our daily lives, and the memories that are hardwired into our minds. The media can influence the way we perceive history which shapes our decisions everyday. I know this can be the truth for many people, including me. And we all know how important our memories and history effects the lives we...

First thought, how fucking cool are those paintings.
Second, Had a lovley birthday. I noticed that the day it’s your birthday we subconsciously tend to try to remember everything we do that day. I think its cause we know someone will ask us the question, “What did you do on your...
Seize the Day →
Something interesting for my birthday:
Here’s a puzzle for you: What do you see in this grid above? What do you think it represents?
Okay, it’s not a difficult puzzle. The answer is “one year.” The columns represent days and the rows are the twelve months of the year, so each day of the year occupies one square.
“Okay,” you ask, “so...

Stardust
Having to be forced to make a life changing decision in a week and a half is extremley stressful. No doubt I’m happy about my success, but it becomes hard when you’re faced with a really tough choice that you have to make real quick. May 1st, the magic date is approaching way to fast.
I just hope that whatever I choose, I won’t regret it. It’s my biggest fear right now.

The Season of Phantasmal Peace
About to write a paper on this poem, It’s actually a really cool poem, but this paper is going to be like giving birth.
Then all the nations of birds lifted together the huge net of the shadows of this earth in multitudinous dialects, twittering tongues, stitching and crossing it. They lifted up the shadows of long pines down trackless slopes, the shadows of glass-faced towers down...
Many Different Mediums
Today, I met Laurence Hobgood. He truly was inspiring. I’m soo excited for life. I was before, but he made me so excited for my future and made me what realize that what I’m doing in life is really the path I want to travel. I want to tell as many stories as I can through as many different mediums as I can. Go check him out. He’s an incredible jazz musician.
Humble Reminders
It is really funny how life is so unpredictable. We always tend to think that we have such control on our lives until we encounter some of life’s unexpectedness. I guess that is the universe’s humble reminders to us saying that sometimes we are not in control. (Coolest thing just happend, a dove just landed next to me. I love this roof.)
Luckily, for me I’m in a place in my...

All of this sunshine and life has got me rather frazzled.
In phsyc101 today I learned about Gardner’s...
